Tracy Taylor

Director of Operations

As proven leader in the behavioral health field, Tracy Taylor is the Director of Operations for Woodland Recovery Center’s northern Mississippi facilities and manages the day-to-day business at our inpatient and outpatient programs.

Tracy joined Woodland Recovery Center in 2023 and brought years of experience operating efficient and effective behavioral health programs throughout the Mid-South. Tracy’s passion for helping others, especially veterans, allows her to put our client’s needs at the forefront when building a strong facility.

Tracy received her master’s degree in health administration from Belhaven University and managed clinics within the UT Department of Psychiatry before coming to Woodland Recovery Center.

Passionate about sustainability, Tracy is dedicated to implementing eco-friendly practices within our organization. She actively seeks innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint and promote environmental stewardship.

Tracy’s favorite quote, which serves as a guiding principle in her life, is by Maya Angelou: “You will face many defeats in life, but never let yourself be defeated”. This quote reflects Tracey’s commitment to building strong relationships, fostering positive work environments, and making a lasting impact on those around her.

Ella-Victoria Robinson

Director of Clinical Services

With more than 20 years in the Mental and Behavioral Health field, Ella-Victoria Robinson serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Woodland Recovery Center overseeing a team of master’s level therapists, counselors and case managers at both facilities.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) and NCC, EV brings a vast amount of experience in building clinical programs at large facilities, utilization review and managed care. EV hopes to use her experiences to allow others to develop their own career in the behavioral health field.
Not only helping professionals in their field, EV has a passion for helping those turn their life around and live out their best future. EV brings years of experience working with re-entry populations and those who were incarcerated and struggling with substance use disorder.

EV was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and a BS in Psychology from Mississippi State University.

Bradley Diskin

Executive Director

Firmly believing in the transformative potency of recovery, Bradley Diskin serves as the Executive Director for Woodland Recovery Center. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Bradley believes in the chance to guide individuals along their journeys to healing and advocating for clients to receive the help they seek.

Bradley leads a team of talented leaders providing exceptional care for those struggling with substance use disorders. With experience in many different areas of behavioral health treatment, Bradley can help develop high quality treatment programs meeting the needs of the clients who Woodland Recovery Center serves.

Beyond his professional role, Bradley’s passion for golf has led him to tee off in Scotland, Ireland, with plans for the UK in the pipeline. Boasting a scratch golfer status, he also nurtures a profound affinity for live music, particularly jam bands, a passion cultivated through years of traversing the nation for performances.

Originally hailing from Stamford, CT, his diverse experiences include residing in Vermont, Colorado, Florida, and Tennessee. Bradley holds the esteemed credential of LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), having successfully completed his MSW at Barry University in North Miami.

Dr. Peggy O’Cain, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Peggy O’Cain, MD, is an addiction medicine specialist and Medical Director for Woodland Recovery Center of Misssissippi. Dr. O’Cain received her Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and her doctorate from LSU College of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at UTHSC in Memphis, TN and a Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship. She worked as a critical care physician and an ER physician in the Memphis area for 15 years. During that time, she recognized the overwhelming need for quality care for patients suffering with substance use disorders. She went on to complete Baptist Memorial Hospital’s Addiction Medicine Fellowship before joining Woodland Recovery Center.

Rachel Langston

Director of Nursing

As the Director of Nursing at Woodland Recovery Center, Rachel Langston oversees a talented group of around the clock nurses serving clients in all levels of care in our inpatient and outpatient centers. Rachel’s has experience leading and developing patient programs focused on offering the highest level of patient care.

Rachel spent many years working within the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Regional One Medical Center where she was recognized for her patient care and played a pivotal role in establishing the preceptor program within the unit.

As a nurse by heart, Rachel has a passion for helping lead others to living a health-conscious lifestyle. She uses her passion to help her fellow nurses forward their careers and provides the clients she serves with the tools to a healthy and sober life.

Rachel is originally from Manahawkin, New Jersey and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis.
